The reset button is behind a removable top panel on the thermostat unit. It's a
very small round button that is extremely difficult to find. When you remove
that panel that covers the top half of the unit, you have to run your finger
along the ridge that is exposed. The only way I can reach it is with a finger
nail. When you push it in, the unit will issue a beep which means it is
resetting. If you are lucky, it will boot up and everything will be fine and it
will find it's ip address. If not, you may need sighted help to get a code that
is displayed on the upper left cornor of the device and follow the instructions
on their web site.

Best regards,

Rick Alfaro
