I go through the same thing here in my house. for a few days it seems calls
get interrupted like the same way you described, then suddenly all is well
for another month or so.
I am on T-mobile and I have not been able to figure out what is happening. I
too have 3 bars s even when a call gets what seems to be dropped.

No, but will try anything at this point because the only thing left to do if
this doesn’t work is switch carriers and the only available one is Rogers
wireless.

Hi Kerri,
Have you tried to make calls using the Apple Earpods and then ask the
other party if your calls are cutting out.

Subject: calls that cut out
Hi, all. I really don’t know if anyone can advise her but every time I
call someone on my iPhone 5S, people tell me I am breaking up. I’ve called
my career who sent me to Apple who ran a diagnostic test on the pone and
sated all was well. I have 3 of 5 signal strength bars, I have turned the
phone off and then back on again several times, all to no avail. What else
can be done? thanks.
