It has been suggested that this confirm message comes up if the person you are trying to call is not in your favorites. It was also suggested that if you reset your settings, you may get rid of the problem. So, good luck if you go that way. I sincerely hope this gets fixed, although somebody pointed out that it may not be seen as a problem by many. Mary N
