Hi all I know I've asked these before, so please forgive me, as my mind has gone a blank and my Apple training had to be cancelled yesterday.
Firstly, please could someone remind me/send me some step-by-step instructions on how I restore ringtones to my IPhone from Itunes on my Mac?? I was shown how to do it at my last training session, but have completely forgotten. I am now using Itunes Match if that's any help. Also, is it possible to restore the tones on to my IPad too? Secondly, could someone remind me how I go about syncing my Mac/IPhone/IPad?? I know you have to plug the respective I-device into the Mac, but from there I'm lost. Thirdly, when I joined Itunes Match I moved all my music up ontoo the cloud, and in doing so the Mac asked me if I wanted to move the deleted Itunes media files to the trash. I did, and I'm assuming that this is the normal trash that everything else goes to? If not, can anyone tell me where the trash is that these files have been removed to? + can someone remind me how to empty the trash? Fourthly, I downloaded a video from BBC Iplayer over the weekend, and was just wondering if anyone knows how long I'll now have access to it for now that I've downloaded it? Before I downloaded it it said it was only available on Iplayer for 30 days, but now I've downloaded it will it be there permanently or for an extended period? Finally, I'm interested in setting up two-factor authentication on my googlemail account to try and improve my security. Does anyone know how you do this? Sorry for all the questions again, and any help/suggestions with any of these would be very much appreciated. Many thanks.
