Rose, This was an iTunes Store purchase. I'm not sure how you're using the term PayPal purchase. I expect PayPal can be used to fund your Apple ID account for purchases at the iTunes Store but I don't know if that's what you mean. The iBook did cost and I was only charged $.99 for it when I clicked on the book link provided in another post yesterday.
