I'm attempting to install vim-plug by placing it in the autofolder, as
specified in the instructions of their git repository:
`/.config/vim/autoload/plug.vim`. The file is accessible and has read
permissions.
I think it gets ignored, because when opening vim, typing :PlugInstall
raises the error "Not an editor command", and because I don't see it loaded
in :scriptnames. I do see that the other plugins I've previously manually
installed in `part/xxx/start` are present in :scriptnames, for instance
`~/.config/vim/pack/dist/start/nerdtree/autoload/nerdtree.vim`

What is it missing for autoloading vim-plug?

vim 9.1, archlinux
