Thanks for your response. Indeed, pb came from the font selected. I used fyxedsys font which didn't recognize Euro symbol and such. So I chosen "Courrier New" font and it works now. But there's a new issue which is GVim intern messages seems no longer display accentued characters. For example GVim displays "<e9>" instead of "é". How can I fix this ?
