Thanks, Vlad. Weird. I just installed it yesterday but my version was 4.1. Updated via Vim-Addons-Manager today. Now I have 4.3. I suspect this is not an issue, but at the end of the update VAM gave me this error message: Failed to apply patch /Users/ericweir/vim-addons/VOoM-4.1.diff (Command “cd '/Users/ericweir/vim-addons/VOoM' && patch --binary -p1 --input='/Users/ericweir/vim-addons/VOoM-4.1.diff'” exited with error code 2), original files may be found in /Users/ericweir/vim-addons/VOoM-4.1 Looking forward to learning Voom. Regret that I didn't appreciate it's sophistication earlier. [I was very new to Vim at that point. Still new.
