And that patch is on my TODO list for as soon as I get the current release 
finished off. Another message from recently has an "unselectable regions" 
feature addition (which doesn't work as well as I had hoped unfortunately).

On my TODO list as soon as the current TOhtml release is done (adding 
unselectable regions for fold column, line numbers, etc.) is including that 
patch into the runtime, in a way that the output won't need any massaging (or 
at least, not much) to easily change the colorscheme.
