    patch 9.2.0648: MS-Windows: Compile warnings
    
    Problem:  MS-Windows: Compile warnings
    Solution: Add type casts
    
    fixes the following compile warnings:
    
    ex_cmds.c(4934): warning C4267: '+=': conversion from 'size_t' to
    'colnr_T', possible loss of data
    ex_cmds.c(4868): warning C4267: 'initializing': conversion from 'size_t'
    to 'int', possible loss of data
