patch 9.1.1597: CI reports leaks in libgtk3 library
Problem: CI reports leaks in libgtk3 library
Solution: Add libgtk-3 library to leak suppression
Recently, CI started reporting leaks inside the GTK3 library, which cause
failures like here

So let's add libgtk-3*.so* to the leak suppression for the
gtk_init_check() function.
