New issue 227 by [email protected]: Pane looses focus of current line
on resizing.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open multiple split panes with :split.
2. Have texts in every pane and navigate in normal mode on a specific line.
3. Maximize (or resize) one of the panes.
What is the expected output?
Every other panes showing one line, should display the specific line before.
What do you see instead?
Every other panes jumps on the start of the file.
What version of the product are you using?
Present from vim-7.4.307-1 until vim-7.4.307-4
Last working build was vim-7.4.274-1.
On what operating system?
Archlinux
