Christian and tux, thank both of you for the German translation,
I've added that in the repository.
NSIS language string needs to be encoded in those Windows codepage,
I think German is cp1250, is that right?
I've setup a page to show current status of multiple language
support, it also includes instructions for translation:

I also updated the repacked installer to include German support,
please check it's what you expected:

The file is gvim73-intl-r2.exe.
