I've tried with legacy, still getting the same behavior like in uefi boot (including the errors in dmesg), here is the joint output of dmesg, lspci -nnk and the legacy xml of the vm. I've booted the system in legacy, extracted the vga rom and fixed the did. help will be appreciated. Thanks.
