I recently updated my Fedora 26 kernel from 4.12.13 to 4.12.14 and notice a marked worsening in Windows 10 gaming performance with my GTX- 1050. Host is an i7-3770, 16GB RAM (8GB hugepages) and 2 CPUs (4 threads) pinned. Both graphics and sound have become noticeably jerky to the point of being almost unusable. Reverting to kernel 4.12.13 makes the problem go away.
