According to https://github.com/yavdr/vdr/blob/master/channels.c#L571 it's definetly field #9. But there are channels with 0 at this position which I can't view with kodi. Would VDR change channels.conf if dvbscan wrote that field wrongly or just leave it that way? I wonder if that's a bug.
