You need Intel "Icelake" CPU for 4K@60 support.. because that capability is 
only in the Intel Gen11 graphics, which will debut in Icelake CPUs. And Icelake 
is not out yet..

(and yes, Cannonlake/Icelake CPUs are some 4 years (or so) late at this point.. 
so the newer gfx capabilities were supposed to be launched already ages ago, 
but got delayed due to Intel "10nm process problems"..)
