Where did you obtain your channels.conf from?
With command: scan -o vdr /usr/share/dvb/dvb-legacy/dvb-t/fi-Tampere
Then vdr added more (duplicates?).
When you start VDR with the channels.conf you got from 'scan', and have
"Update channels" set to 0, do all of these channels work and get EPG?
