Are you using softhddevice by chance? I also see these messages in my logs but only when using softhddevice. The video is frozen but as Klaus suggested, tuning a new channel fixes it. But, I don't have this problem when using vdr-xine so I believe the problem is in softhddevice and not my actual device. I haven't had any time to look into however.
