I want to try VDPAU, replacing as few Debian packages as possible although I did have to rebuild the Debian package for vdr to add h264 and Freesat EPG patches.
I've got as far as building svn ffmpeg and hg xine-lib, now I need to build vdr-sxfe, and I think I need an xvdr plugin for xine from xineliboutput too.
