Sorry to bother this list but maybe someone could help me.

I´m using vdr1.4.7 on a Suse10.3 with one FF-DVB-S-Card (technotrend
rev.1.3) and one budget DVB-T (winTV nova).
Everything worked well until yesterday.
When I turned on the TV there was no output on the TV and when one timer
started recording vdr terminated and runvdr tried to start it again -
but the videosignal didn´t come up.

/var/log/message gives

Jul 21 18:29:12 vdr vdr: [4539] ERROR: video data stream broken
Jul 21 18:29:12 vdr vdr: [4539] initiating emergency exit

This happens every minute. When I deleted the timer vdr didn´t exit
anymore and one could watch recordings and the channels from the
DVB-T-device, but all satelite-channels were gone.

The LNB seems alright for I can watch the satelite-channels with my old
external reciver.

It seems to me, that the tuner on the FF-card is done in?! Or is ther
another explanation for this behavior? I didn´t update the kernel or
change the driver.

Thank you in advance for any advice

Siegfried
