Hello,
I am running a vpopmail system with MySQL database and maildir++
patches based on instructions at http://www.shupp.org/toaster/.
I am having problems with the autorespond. When users set a vacation
message, qmailadmin uses the autorespond from Inter7. People sending
to users with vacation messages active will immediately receive a
response from the MAILER-DAEMON saying that the user is over quota.
The problem is is that this user does not have a quota set. If I set
a quota, everything goes through fine. Any ideas?
What version of vpopmail are you using? Also, is the MAILER-DAEMON
bounce from your system, or the sender's system?

Running vpopmail 5.4.18 (I know it's not the latest version, but trying
to track down other possible causes before switching). MAILER-DAEMON
response is from recipient's server, but the sender is on the same
server, so it's all the same.
