Ummm why is /var/qmail owned by vpopmail???
it should be owned by qmailq
connection to mysql is fine cause it does create the accounts. but
that shouldn't matter for qmail anyway....
it matters greatly, its not adding that is important here, it is the
query to either accept or reject user that is.
