There isn't any way, unless you decided to only do the counts at certain intervals or times of day...one of the domains had about 500 users, and a bunch of them had 1GB+ mailboxes. We had delivery times of up to 15 minutes. I tell ya I kicked myself when I finally tracked it down. Disk space is cheap now so quota isn't quite as big an issue as it used to be.
