that's an ancient version- the same one that qmailrocks included. the current version of my patch is 6c4 (the "1" is part of "jms1".)
that's not to say that version 5 won't work, but there have been a lot of new things added since then- in particular the validrcptto.cdb patch, which lets qmail-smtpd refuse messages sent to non-existent local addresses. imagine, no more spam bounces sitting in the queue for a week...
