I've used Bill's taosters to build servers for (I think) the past 5
years. The instructions are thorough, and having the patches combined
is very helpful.
I would highly recommend it as a starting point. You'll save yourself
a lot of time and energy by doing so. Bill even has a list for the
toaster that you can turn to for help.
