Until about a year ago I was using qmail-scanner. It was killing my mail servers. I'm trying to get as much cruft out of my mail system as possible at the moment. I currently have a setup that uses rblsmtp + chkusr + simscan/clamav to handle virus/spam/attachment blocking at the smtp level. Then at delivery I'm using procmail to run spamc to per-user spamassassin settings working. I am hoping to pull procmail out of the mix and stick to just vdelivermail.
