what does pre-authlib-versions do?
is it instead of courier-authlib?
will it make courier-imap to work with vpopmail?
sorry i meant that i use the older versions of courier-imap and 
sqwebmail that DON'T use the courier-authlib at all. (courier-imap 
<4.0.0 and sqwebmail <5.0.0). i use here courier-imap 3.0.8 and 
sqwebmail 4.0.7.
