couple ways you could do it:
vconvert -m -c to convert the mysql-based info to cdb format.
stop mysql and copy the database directory over to the new server.
either way, you'll probably want to use rsync to move the actual mail data
over. It will help you get the least amount of downtime (most migrations I
do have about 2 minutes of downtime) and (hopefully) allow you to seamlessly
migrate between the systems.
