I am getting the following error when trying to access VQAdmin
vQadmin was unable to determine your username, which means your webserver is improperly configured to run with this CGI. For security reasons, this script will not run without Apache htaccess lists.
vqadmin 2.3.2 vpopmail 5.2.2

I have setup .htaccess and put the <directory> in apache. Basically, everything was followed from the INSTALL. Any thoughts?
