Olá Juliano, Se é que eu entendi direito vc tem dois servidores e isso dificulta usando o esquema smtp after pop. Tem um patch para isso mas não acho boa essa solução o que eu indico realmente e que pode dar um pouco de trabalho aos seus usuários é o smtp autenticado que tem no contrib do vpopmail.
