Submit a patch on sourceforge or put it on the list if possible, as you know why the problem happens.
If not, let me know where to look exactly, and ill take a look.
There's an open bug report for it on SourceForge now.
It may have worked at one time, but it doesn't now. For the 5.4 release, we may have to disable the flag. In the long run, the solution is to cache the information on the newly-added domain so vget_assign can pull from the cache instead of trying to read the users/cdb file (which hasn't been rebuilt yet).
We're on top of it.
