i have a lot of users which i need to delete, somehow, i can't auth my password again. it seems that the vpasswd.cdb is corrupt. how can i fix this ? thank you.
I believe that you can delete vpasswd.cdb and it will be automatically re-created from vpasswd the next time a user attempts a POP/IMAP login.
Try this:
mv vpasswd.cdb /tmp telnet localhost 110 USER [EMAIL PROTECTED] PASS xxx QUIT ls -l vpasswd.cdb
Note that I recently (5.3.28 release) fixed a bug in vpopmail where the .cdb file would be created with incorrect ownership/permissions.
