i have detected one more strange thing: qmailadmin shows the quota usage to. and qmailadmin shows the correct quotas! if my testmail account (5MB quota) is empty, he shows a empty quota usage. vuserinfo too. then I send a 2.5 MB email and vuserinfo shows 0% quota usage (false) but qmailadmin shows me, that 2.5 MB are used in my mailbox. but i can mail again a 4 mb email and this works. no quotas block this email. qmailadmin shows, that 6.5 MB from 5 MB are used...
