yes, it sounds like your active build of vpopmail is using the "--enable-many-domains=y", but your mysql structure is setup for "--enable-many-domains=n"
If you are happy with your mysql structure, then you should perhaps : delete your existing vpopmail source dir untar setup your vmysql.h re-run configure (making sure you specify --enable-many-domains=n" make make install-strip Then dont forget you have to recompile any add-on apps that use the vpopmail libraries, eg qmailadmin, courier-imap Michael. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Evren Yurtesen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Brian" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Cc: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Saturday, August 09, 2003 4:23 AM Subject: Re: [vchkpw] wondering what I did wrong.. > You have vpopmail set as one domain with many users > --enable-many-domains=n > then you shouldnt have users table if I am not mistaken. > > But yet vchkpw should know this I wonder if you have an older version > somehow from somewhere?
