#mkdir /var/qmail/supervise/courier-imap-imapd-ssl/env
#mkdir /var/qmail/supervise/courier-imap-imapd
#mkdir /var/qmail/supervise/courier-imap-pop3d-ssl
#mkdir /var/qmail/supervise/courier-imap-pop3d

Now copy the envconv program to each directory
