Hello,

I'm having the same problems as Bill.

I am running RH 7.3 on intel. vpopmail version 5.3.11

[root@gateway users]# pwd
/var/qmail/users
[root@gateway users]# ls -la
total 20
drwxr-xr-x 2 root qmail 4096 Nov 19 11:40 .
drwxr-xr-x 12 root qmail 4096 Nov 15 04:40 ..
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root vchkpw 1668 Aug 12 21:01 assign
-rw--w---- 1 root vchkpw 0 Aug 12 21:01 assign.lock
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root vchkpw 4225 Aug 12 21:01 cdb
[root@gateway users]#

I changed the group to vchkpw in an attempt to troubleshoot this problem.

Any ideas?
