[vchkpw] qmail-pop3d-maildirquota.patch.gz .. but the same problem still occurs

I have run patch of qmail-pop3d-maildirquota.patch.gz for resolving the
qmail maildirsize quota problem .. but the same problem still occurs ..could
any body please inform me  am I missing something?
