Thank you all. I kind of figured out the problem
and i fixed it and everythings works great now.
I had left out a step as part of vpopmail install
because it was not given as part of the main install steps.
I found the step to: How to use vchkpw with
qmail-pop3d and followed it and and that took care of the problem.
