Sorry, I forgot to mention this.

Red Hat Linux 7.3. (I have tested it on 7.1 and 7.2 and 8.0 also.)

qmail 1.03 + vpopmail 5.2.1 + ucspi-tcp 0.88 + daemontools 0.76
