Hi Peter,

I was able to move existing user's passwords into an
/etc/password file and use vconvert -e -m to move them to the
mysql vpopmail database and it's password format.  Would your
suggestion below enable me to skip the conversion to /etc/passwd
and move these users and there old style passwords directly into
mysql vpopmail? Thanks for your help.
