[vchkpw] undeliverable mail

hello all         i wan to know how a user get bounced mail when not recipient exist At that time mail is go to the qmail postmaster maildir. anything possible for that which user send invalid recipient ,it rebounce and recieve by the same user who send it. give me the idea
