Hi, Please forgive me if this has been discussed before. I could not find it in the archives or faq.
I would like to move a domain from one physical server to another. Some of the users are on older servers where all the domains are stored in /home/vpopmail/domains/ whereas all the newer servers use /home/vpopmail/domains/0/ or /1/ etc. as determined by the hashing algorithm(?) I would like to know how I can either force vadddomain to use a specific directory (the -d option appears to only specify the base for all new domains, not the individual dir for a particular domain) for a domain. Or, is there a utility to go into an existing domain and edit all the appropriate files to use a new directory? My end goal is to be able to move domains with something like : (simplified) new_server $ /usr/sbin/adduser username new_server $ /home/vpopmail/bin/vadddomain domain pass new_server $ rsync old_server:/home/vpopmail/domains/domain_name/ new_server:/home/vpopmail/domains/domain_name/ Any ideas?
