Use a per-user domain basis, aplying system quotas to each user.

as vpopmail user do:
- --
$ sudo adduser quotauser # (add user setting it's homedir to \
                            ~vpopmail/domains/quotauser)
$ sudo edquota quotauser # (set quota do 10000000)
$ ~vpopmail/bin/vadddomain -u quotauser virtualdomain.psi.br
- --
