VPOPMAIL 5 and QUOTAs

Hi Guys,
    I am interested in enabling quota support on a per-user and per domain
basis and I do not want to set a default.  Of course, in the configure
arguments, it's either a numerical value or n (disable) [no y- y is bad.
Don't use y].  Is there any way to compile in the quota support to be
enabled on a per-domain and per user@domain basis only when set manually by
vmoduser or while creating the domain?
