The bounce message was sent to the hotmail account, which is either full from all the complaints, or has been cancelled for sending spam, so they bounced your bounce message. I see a couple of these on most days, and just ignore them. If there are too many to ignore from one of your old accounts, you might setup a qmail file to send messages to the ex-user directly to /dev/null.
