Any word on a possible upgrade to the signup
script? I brought up the problem a while back that while it will
check for a pre-existing account of the same name, it won't pick up a
pre-existing alias -- at least not when you are using MySQL. I don't know
about a non-MySQL setup. Someone mentioned that they thought they had a
pretty quick fix for it but I haven't heard anything since. Is this in the
works? Guess I could set up all the aliases and then just slap the names
in MySQL but this is kind of a half-baked way of doing
it.
