Your best bet is to use the vmoduser program (in vpopmail/bin) to bounce
the mail. It can be applied to a single user or a whole domain. If you'd
prefer to use a web frontend rather than a CLI (or you've got some clueless
types you want as far away from root as possible ;) then check out vQadmin
(www.inter7.com/vqadmin) .. Once installed, its simple to use, allowing
admins to add/delete/modify domains and users.
