This happens after about 100 domains, I think.  It's part of the 
"balenced tree structure" feature.  Unless you manually add your domains 
as well, I don't know of a way around it.

You're probably better off getting the domain path from 
/var/qmail/users/assign.  And for that matter, you could us vuserinfo to 
get user directory paths too, if you wanted to use vpopmail's vadduser 
to utilize this feature.
