vpopmail + mysql

can someone please so kind and explain me how do i move domains from one
computer to another?

should i just copy all files form /var/qmail/vpopmail/domains to another
computer? or just mysql database? or both? do i need to do anything else?
and etc

or if someone has any web documntation on this process please share;)
